Guy de Rivoire, international ‘face’ of Bollinger, will be hosting an opulent and intimate dinner on 9th June in The Harben Room, the elegant private dining room at The Pem at the Conrad London St James, featuring a full Bollinger flight of prestige cuvées including the iconic R.D. 2007 from magnum and the recently released and extremely limited Grande Année 2014.
Sally Abé, Consultant Chef at The Pem and the restaurant’s Head Sommelier James Shaw have written the menu to heighten the experience of these timeless Champagnes, championing the very best produce the season has to offer. A real celebration of all things luxury, the five course tasting menu will be paired with Bollinger champagnes throughout and includes Native lobster, Dover sole with caviar hollandaise and Veal tomahawk.
This exclusive event with only 20 tickets available is the highlight of our private dining calendar to date and promises to give the most wonderful insight into this prestigious cellar. Bollinger has held a Royal Warrant since 1884, as awarded by Queen Victoria, particularly special during the Queen’s Jubilee Year with our restaurant’s proximity to Buckingham Palace.
