In partnership with Lillet, this year’s theme of ‘Embracing Equity’ was marked with a series of panels and workshop led by female powerhouses of hospitality. The event was about empowering women to embrace equity, both on a personal and financial level. Talks were in full swing and conversation flowed on topics including life in the kitchen, on the restaurant floor, in operations, branding, mental health, and beyond.
Attendees had the opportunity to join two panels throughout the day, to network and connect in the ‘Showcase’ area, where a selection of handpicked female-led hospitality businesses and organisations showcased their brands and services.
