We’re dedicated to the pursuit of depth of flavour and culinary excellence because we know the quality of a meal can make or break someone’s day. So in the interests of sunny days and brighter futures, we pay homage to Emily Wilding Davison – a woman who pushed boundaries in pursuit of what she believed in with everything she had.

Emily Wilding Davison, who was affectionately nicknamed ‘Pem’ by her close family, was a prominent suffragette, well known for the incredible impact she made toward equal rights for women in the UK. What does a suffragette have to do with our restaurant? Dedication. Commitment. Passion. Care. All of these things Emily Davison embodied, and all of these things we take incredibly seriously when it comes to food. Every element of every dish we prepare has been carefully considered and selected before it reaches your plate.
