Our Inspiration

The Pem is a modern British restaurant that brings together tradition, seasonality, and innovation in a refined yet welcoming setting.

Named after suffragette Emily Wilding Davison—fondly known as ‘Pem’—the restaurant pays tribute to strength, character, and bold thinking. Our menus celebrate the best of British produce, with a strong focus on seasonality and sustainability. Dishes are crafted with care, using contemporary techniques to showcase bold, expressive flavours that change with the seasons. A thoughtfully curated wine list complements the food, featuring both celebrated classics and distinctive, lesser-known labels.

Located in the heart of Westminster, The Pem offers a dining experience that is elegant, ever-evolving, and full of personality.
