Raise a glass this Winter as The Pem unveils an exciting new partnership with The Macallan Whisky.

Launching 3rd December, this collaboration introduces a festive cocktail list inspired by some of the most influential women in the world of mixology. Each drink is a tribute to their groundbreaking contributions to the bar industry, blending innovation with timeless elegance.

The Ms. Hanky pays homage to Ada Coleman, the legendary bartender of the Savoy Hotel and creator of the iconic Hanky Panky. Crafted from The Macallan 12 Years Old and Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, it’s a refined tribute to Ada’s legacy.

Reiner Club takes its name from Julie Reiner, the visionary behind New York’s Clover Club and a leader in the modern cocktail renaissance. The Reiner Club is a vibrant, fruit-forward creation. Haku Vodka provides a smooth, clean base, complemented by the tartness of fresh raspberries and lemon juice.

The Flying Tess, a tribute to Tess Posthumus, of Flying Dutchmen Cocktails captures The Macallan 12 Years Old’s signature depth and complexity. Blended with Cocchi Vermouth di Torino and Maraschino, It’s the perfect match for The Pem’s thoughtfully crafted dishes.
