Vegan Set Menu
January at The Pem is an invitation to slow down and dine thoughtfully. Throughout the month, we present a Vegan Set Menu from Head Chef Daniel Winser, celebrating seasonal produce, layered flavours and refined plant-led cooking, complemented by considered drinks pairings and wine-focused initiatives.
The January Vegan Set Menu is available at £39 for two courses or £49 for three, with the option to enhance your experience through either non-alcoholic cocktail pairings or a vegan wine pairing.
Wines
Our intriguing wine list features both renowned labels and hidden gems from producers around the world. Originally curated by top international Sommelier Emily Harman of Vinalupa, the list has since been further developed by our in-house sommelier team to showcase wines that are elegant, balanced, and reflective of their origin.

Our newly curated retail wine selection offers the chance to enjoy exceptional bottles at approachable prices this January – whether opening a treasured favourite or discovering something new. For the month, we’ve also introduced a selection of new vegan wines to our main wine list. Paired with our plant-led menu or enjoyed over a leisurely meal, every glass is served with the same care and attention that defines dining at The Pem.
