Celebrate The Festive Season
This festive season, Head Chef Daniel Winser presents a series of menus celebrating the magic of Christmas and New Year. Christmas Eve highlights include Baked Beetroot Tartare and Norfolk Quail, finished with Mulled Wine Poached Pear. Christmas Day Lunch features Steamed Cornish Crab Caviar, Honey Glazed Roast Goose, Roast Beef Fillet Wellington, and festive desserts like Clementine Sorbet with Champagne Foam.
On New Year’s Eve, enjoy Cornish Crab Succulents, Spiced Sladesdown Duck, and Paris-Brest with Roasted Pistachios. Each dish showcases seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and festive flavours for a truly memorable celebration.

This season, Head Chef Daniel Winser celebrates the very best of British produce with a host of new menus. Dishes such as Hand-Dived Orkney Scallops, Glazed Veal Sweetbread, Native Lobster Tail, and Roast Venison Loin showcase bold, expressive flavours inspired by the seasons. Desserts including Milk Chocolate and Hazelnut Tart and Mulled Wine Poached Pearprovide a thoughtful, seasonal finish. Each plate reflects Head Chef Daniel’s focus on seasonality, technique, and careful ingredient selection.

The restaurant welcomed the best and brightest minds from the hospitality industry to celebrate the reopening following the recent renovation, and guests were treated to an incredible tasting menu from our very own award-winning Sally Abé, all set to the soundtrack of a fabulous live DJ.

Celebrate the Festive Season in Luxury at Sally Abé’s The Pem and Conrad London St. James
Nestled amongst London’s greatest landmarks in the heart of Westminster, award-winning Sally Abé is back at it again with The Pem’s luxury Christmas and New Year menus, and they are not ones to miss.
Using only the best of seasonal, British produce, the restaurant will be open on Christmas Day for lunch, and on New Year’s Eve for a celebratory dinner, with spectacular one-off set menus for each.
Throughout December, The Harben, The Pem’s private dining room, will also be offering the ‘Taste of the Pem’ tasting menu and outstanding pre-selected 3-course menus, or, for the ultimate culinary experience, Chef Sally Abé and her team can create a fully bespoke menu for any private festive celebrations.

Celebrate Thanksgiving with Chef Sally Abé’s Ultimate Feast at The Pem
With the much-loved American holiday of Thanksgiving just around the corner on Thursday 23rd November, award-winning Chef Sally Abé is bringing back her hugely popular Thanksgiving feast at The Pem for one day only.
Perfect for group celebrations, Sally’s menu will celebrate the flavours of the harvest making the most of British seasonal produce whilst maintaining The Pem’s signature fine dining flair to create a magnificent five-course menu.
Available for dinner on 23rd November , the menu includes a selection of American-British showstoppers, starting with a selection of canapés, and moving on to ‘Buttermilk & Jalapeño Cornbread with Maple Syrup Butter’. Back by popular demand, the main event will of course be the ‘Maple Roast Cumbrian Turkey’ for the table to share, served with all the trimmings, including ‘Duck Fat Hasselback Potatoes and Herb Stuffing’. No Thanksgiving meal is complete without pumpkin and pecan pie, and Sally has covered both bases with ‘Pumpkin Pie Ice-cream with Shortbread and Hazelnut’ followed by a delicious ‘Pecan Tartlet’.

The Critically Acclaimed Restaurant to Reopen With Brand New Kitchen and Extraordinary New Menus
Chef Sally Abé will reopen her award-winning restaurant, The Pem at Conrad London St. James, on 26th October with brand-new, showstopping menus to create what has to be one of London’s most spectacular dining experiences.
The Pem closed for a three-month period to undergo an extensive kitchen refurbishment, installing state-of-the-art appliances so that Sally and her team can elevate their menus even further with new equipment, advanced techniques, and fresh ideas.

This autumn, The Pem presents the Ladies Who Lead dinner series — a celebration of the women shaping the future of design, art, and wine. Join us on Thursday, 20th November, for an exclusive in-conversation dinner with Helen McGinn, international wine judge, drinks expert, and bestselling author of The Knackered Mother’s Wine Club.
Guests will enjoy a seasonal four-course tasting menu, with wines personally selected and paired by Helen to complement each course and elevate the evening.
