Chef Sally Abé has collaborated with Veuve Clicquot to celebrate the summer months with an exciting new edition to the menu. Indulge with our Charred aubergine caviar, courgette, black olives, and semi-dried cherry tomatoes dish- available from the a la carte menu. The dish is paired perfectly with a glass of La Grande Dame Rosé, a Champagne that celebrates the season’s harvest – available until Saturday 27th July.
