Burns Night Supper

Join us for a Burn’s Night Celebration where The Macallan takes centre stage on Saturday 25th January. Chef Sally Abé has curated an exclusive six-course menu featuring dishes inspired by the brand’s rich heritage like ‘Cotswold Venison Loin’ with her creative take on “neeps & tatties” and Whisky sauce. Gather round a communal table in the elegant Harben Room for an evening of exceptional dining, a celebration of whisky and plenty of cheer. The six-course experience alongside a dram of The Macallan is available for £110 per person with an optional Whisky cocktail pairing for £60.

Valentine’s Day

This Valentine’s Day, join us for an intimate dinner at The Pem, where Chef Sally Abé has crafted the ultimate romantic 7-course menu, perfect for those looking to celebrate in true indulgence. Available from Thursday 13th to Saturday 15th February, the menu showcases Sally’s signature style, celebrating the flavours and ingredients of classic British cuisine while using innovative techniques to give them a modern twist. Available for £149 per person.

Set Lunch Menu

Join us for a thoughtfully curated two-course set lunch, available for £35 per person. Our set lunch menu changes regularly to showcase the very best of great British ingredients, allowing us to present the most vibrant flavours of the season. The set lunch menu is avaiable Wednesday-Friday from 12pm-2pm.
