Ladies Who Lead

This autumn, we’re proud to present Ladies Who Lead,  a three-part dinner series celebrating the women defining the future of design, art, and wine. Rooted in The Pem’s ethos of championing female talent,  on the plate and beyond,  this intimate series brings together some of the most inspiring creative voices in the UK today. Across three curated evenings throughout October and November, guests are invited to join exclusive in-conversation dinners paired with seasonal four-course tasting menus, each inspired by the evening’s guest.

The Line-Up

16 October – Laura Butler-Madden
Interior designer and founder of GROVE England, Laura’s work blends calm elegance with soulful detail,  a hallmark of her award-winning approach to design and fragrance.

30 October – Nancy Cadogan
Artist celebrated for her contemplative figurative paintings exploring literature, time, and the quiet rituals of daily life.

20 November – Helen McGinn
International wine judge, drinks expert, and bestselling author of The Knackered Mother’s Wine Club. With a voice that’s reshaped how we talk about wine, Helen brings warmth, wit, and deep expertise to the table.

To kick off the festive season, we’re thrilled to be bringing much-loved Thanksgiving Menu, which proved hugely popular with you all last year. Our Thanksgiving feast can be enjoyed with friends and family on the 27th of November, 2025.

Christmas Day Lunch

Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year in our elegant dining room. Enjoy our Christmas Day lunch with dishes like ‘Steamed Cornish Crab Caviar’, ‘Honey Glazed Roast Goose with Spiced Cranberry and Hispi Cabbage’, and ‘Roast Beef Fillet Wellington with Wild Mushrooms’. Save room for desserts like ‘Clementine Sorbet with Champagne foam’ and ‘Cranberry & Orange Rum Baba with Mascarpone Chantilly’.

New Year Eve

Celebrate New Year’s Eve in our beautiful rosy-hued dining room in the centre of the luxury Conrad St. James Hotel. With an enviable location perfect for a short stroll to the fireworks display in front of the London Eye, the team has crafted a decadent menu created by Head Chef Daniel Winser for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve. Our menu highlights include ‘Cornish Crab Succulents with Granny Smith Apple’, ‘Spiced Sladesdown Duck with Bitter Leaves, Pickled Cherries, Whipped Ducks Liver’ and ‘Paris-Brest with Roasted Pistachios’.

Set Lunch Menu

Join us for a thoughtfully curated two-course set lunch, available for £35 per person. Our set lunch menu changes regularly to showcase the very best of great British ingredients, allowing us to present the most vibrant flavours of the season. The set lunch menu is available Wednesday-Friday from 12pm-2pm.
