As the night unfolds, the four-course feast takes centre stage, featuring culinary delights that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. ‘Cured Halibut with lemon caviar, smoked buttermilk, and dill,’ is followed by ‘Oyster Barquettes a l’Americaine with Wiltshire truffle, Kirkham’s Lancashire, coral,’ before an exquisite ‘Fallow Deer, Grand Roasted beets, red verjus, smoked chestnut.’ Each dish is a testament to Sally Abé’s commitment to elevating flavours and creating an unforgettable dining experience.
