This Valentine’s, Chef Sally Abé invites you to celebrate love in style with an exclusive seven-course menu, available from Thursday 13th to Saturday 15th of February. Designed for indulgence, the menu reflects Sally’s signature approach to British cuisine—elevating timeless flavors with modern techniques and thoughtful presentation.
What’s on the menu?
Each dish has been carefully curated to create a journey of exquisite flavors. Begin with delicate canapés before diving into an exquisite Jersey Rock Oyster, dressed with a bright and refreshing citrus vinaigrette. This is followed by the delicate and perfectly seasoned 45-Day Aged Angus Beef Tartare, paired with a cured egg yolk and crispy pink fir potatoes. The main course features a beautifully Roasted Cumbria Duck Breast, complemented by parsley root, the subtle floral notes of lavender, and a touch of tart blackcurrant. To finish, indulge in a luxurious Guanaja Chocolate Crémeux, balanced with the zesty sweetness of blood orange and a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt.
