Chef Sally Abé has created a beautifully blush palette for The Pem’s Valentine’s menu, using the finest ingredients to offer stunning dishes that reflect the colours of love, with each dish flaunting shades of vibrant crimson, deep pinks, and soft rosy hues. Menu highlights include: Seared Cumbrian Rose Veal, Poached Dorset Lobster, Roast Crown of Pigeon and Manjari chocolate, blood orange, Marcona almond, honeycomb.
