Celebrating Rosé All Month Long

As summer arrives in London, there is no better time to discover the versatility and elegance of rosé wine.

To celebrate National Rosé Day on 16 June, The Pem will be showcasing a specially selected collection of rosé wines available throughout the month by both the glass and bottle. For a limited time, these seasonal selections will take centre stage, replacing our usual retail wine list and offering guests the opportunity to explore a range of styles from renowned wine regions.

From delicate and mineral-driven expressions to richer, fruit-forward rosés, each wine has been selected to complement the flavours of the season and pair beautifully with Daniel Windser’s spring and summer menus.

The Pem x Rathfinny Wine Dinner – 24th June

To mark English Wine Week, The Pem is delighted to host an exclusive one-night-only dining experience in partnership with Rathfinny Wine Estate.

Taking place on 24th June, this special wine dinner will feature a five-course seasonal menu created by Head Chef Daniel Windser, thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of sparkling wines and drinks from Rathfinny.

Located in the South Downs of Sussex, Rathfinny has become one of England’s most respected sparkling wine producers, recognised for its dedication to quality, sustainability and world-class winemaking.

Throughout the evening, guests will be guided through each pairing, gaining insight into the wines, the estate and the inspiration behind the menu. The result is an immersive food and wine experience that celebrates the remarkable quality of modern English wine.
