The Pem: More Than a Restaurant
The Pem is more than just a restaurant, it’s a destination – perfect for romantic evenings or celebrating with friends and family. Looking to indulge? Experience the Taste of The Pem Menu, designed by Chef Sally Abé to showcase the best of English seasonal produce. A favourite includes Crispy Veal Sweetbread, made with green peppercorns, fermented cabbage and spring onion. For a sweet finale indulge in Lemon Meringue with Yoghurt Sorbet, adding a refreshing flavour to the rich caramelised white chocolate and toasted hazelnuts. The menu is priced at £110 per person and is available for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday.
